Excellent knot security Excellent handling (doesn't curl or get tangled). Very predictable absorption profile Retains 82% of the original tensile strength at 14 days after placement and 56% at 21 days. It is completely dissolved after 90 – 100 days. Minimal inflammation in tissue.
