Surgical Protocol:

2. Procedure: Elevate a full-thickness flap, remove granulation tissue, and decontaminate both internal and external implant surfaces. Activate the device for 3 minutes with 60-second intervals (U 40, V 80, P 50).

3. Conclusion: Proceed with the chosen regenerative protocol, suture the flaps, and plan radiographic follow-up.
