Dental plaster or type II gypsum, provides the optimal strength for diagnostic dental models.

Applications

Fabrication of diagnostic dental models, mounting of articulators, flasking of trial dentures.

Type II – Specification

• Water/Powder: 58-60ml / 100gm
• Mixing Time: 15 seconds wet
• Pre-Mix Temperature: Pop and Water 25oC
• Working Time: 3 minutes dry
• Setting Time: 5 to 6 minutes
• Hard Set (Initial): 30 minutes
• Wet Compressive Strength: 150 kg/cm2
• Dry Compressive Strength: 300 kg/cm2
• Setting Expansion (Max): 0.10%

• Best before 2 years from the date of manufacturing
