Reprocessing Instructions

Important: ErgoDenta instruments are supplied NON-STERILE and must be cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized before first use and after each subsequent use. Step 1 — Pre-Cleaning: Rinse under cold running water immediately after use. Remove visible debris with a soft brush. Keep instruments moist until processing. Step 2 — Automated Cleaning: Washer-disinfector: pre-rinse cold, enzymatic wash 55°C/10 min, thermal disinfect 90°C/5 min, dry. Step 3 — Inspect & Maintain: Check for residual soil, corrosion, or damage. Lubricate hinged instruments with medical-grade lubricant. Step 4 — Package: Place in ISO 11607-compliant sterilization pouches or wraps. Arrange to prevent tip contact. Seal properly. Step 5 — Sterilize: Autoclave at 134°C (273°F) for min. 18 minutes, pre-vacuum cycle. Validate with chemical and biological indicators. Step 6 — Store: Store in a clean, dry, enclosed area. Verify packaging integrity before use. Re-sterilize if compromised.
